A leading company seeks a Part-Time Sr. Operations Administrator responsible for handling clerical functions and customer service tasks. The role requires at least four years of experience in customer service or clerical work, with strong skills in data entry and organization. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with duties including managing records and optimizing delivery times.
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance, and customer service. Handles damaged and incorrectly addressed packages promptly to optimize delivery times. Acts as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
Assist with Station level Vehicle Admin and other duties based on operational needs. Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please upload your resume with all relevant experience and dates by 6/16/2025 at 3 PM.
