Sr Network Performance Analyst (5G / LTE) to perform network analysis, capacity planning and optimization for our large telco client.

Location - WFH (Fully Remote; prefers Pacific & Mountain time, but open to Eastern)

Duration - 6 Months, with a strong chance of extension

Description :

• As a 5G Capacity and Data Analytics Specialist, you’ll provide technical leadership to ensure efficient planning and deployment of network capacity based on customer requirements. The role intersects Network Performance, Business Requirements, and Customer Experience.
• Your creativity, combined with strong data analytics skills and RF Engineering expertise, will help build wireless 4G / 5G networks to support existing and new services. You will apply your knowledge of wireless networks, machine learning, and AI to drive decisions. Collaborating across teams, you’ll identify data sources and new business opportunities, promoting data-driven decision-making and AI adoption.
• Use modern data science and automation techniques to transform RAN capacity planning for the 5G era.
• Develop and manage capacity plans for mobility and fixed wireless users.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand new technologies and services, ensuring team success in a changing environment.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to provide insights into wireless network capacity for executives and peers.
• Monitor network performance to identify capacity issues and predict future congestion.
• Lead wireless capacity upgrades, working with performance and construction teams to improve customer experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced Data Science and Analytics: Transform capacity planning with data science techniques, develop predictive models, and create visualizations for large datasets and forecasting.
