About the role and team:
As the Sr. Manager UX Research for Global Markets & C2C, you will lead a team of senior researchers to help craft the future of one of the most important pillars of eBay's long-term growth plan. You will work closely with leaders across the Global Markets & C2C teams, including the Listing, Seller Performance, Messaging, and Local Experience teams, to improve the end-to-end experience for our eBay Sellers and find ways to scale insights for horizontal solutions across Buyer surfaces. Building meaningful collaborative relationships with design, product, engineering partners, and senior leadership will be key, with a focus on influencing customer-informed strategies and inspiring continuous user-based product and feature innovation.
