Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive GTM initiatives for Microsoft Cloud in Canada. The role focuses on digital campaigns, events, and partner enablement with strong emphasis on analytics and ROI.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize MDF budgets, and collaborate with Sales and Vendor Management to grow platform adoption and revenue. Hybrid work from Mississauga with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in Technology or Distribution industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Certifications in digital marketing are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing plans aligned to GTM strategy for Microsoft Cloud.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, social) with KPI targets.
  • Operationalize and manage vendor MDF claim process per guidelines.
  • Own vendor MDF budgets and optimize marketing services mix.
  • Maintain marketing financial operations including revenue recognition and month-end accuracy.
  • Support GTM strategies through marketing, business development, and partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Management and Sales to execute GTM priorities.
  • Prepare and distribute campaign and market performance reports to aid decision-making.

This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office where you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage and build marketing plans aligned to the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft Cloud, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth through Digital Marketing and strategic Marketing initiatives.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, and social) aligned with KPI targets, ROI expectations, and vendor objectives.
  • Operationalize and manage the vendor MDF claim process in accordance with vendor guidelines.
  • Own and manage vendor MDF budgets while ensuring an optimized Marketing Services mix that supports sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and platform adoption.
  • Maintain accountability for Ingram Micro Marketing financial operations, including revenue recognition, billings reconciliation, and month-end financial accuracy, Finance audit requirements and compliance standards
  • Support vendor Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies through impactful Marketing and Business Development initiatives that drive partner engagement, platform utilization, demand generation, and overall business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Vendor Management and Sales teams to support execution of aligned Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities, partner campaigns, enablement initiatives, and platform adoption activities.
  • Support the compilation and distribution of campaign, partner engagement, market performance, and vendor reporting to help drive informed decision‑making, marketing execution, funding alignment, and partner targeting across the business.
What you bring to the role:
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8+ years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Marketing experience within the Technology or Distribution industry is highly preferred.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of industry trends and advanced marketing tactics, enabling the development of innovative and effective campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms e.g. Marketo, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, social media, and email marketing would be a strong asset.
  • Digital marketing certifications or training, such as the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate or the HubSpot Content Marketing Certification or Marketo Certified Experts, are highly desirable but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a focus on ownership, accountability and responsibility
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to drive decisions.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is $80,000-90,000 per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual starting base pay across all of Canada for all roles. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, including work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
