We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of the Company’s Pension and Savings Programs. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our retirement offerings, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our evolving business and workforce strategy. As a senior subject matter expert and leader, you will drive program innovation, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of pension and savings programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, workforce needs, and market trends
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure programs meet all regulatory, legislative, and audit requirements, while maintaining strong internal controls and risk mitigation practices
  • Financial Oversight: Lead financial modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting, funding decisions, and executive reporting
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR partners, and external vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless program delivery
  • Member Experience & Communications: Oversee the development of member education, communications, and digital engagement strategies to enhance understanding and participation
  • Project & Change Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives, including system upgrades, plan redesigns, and M&A-related transitions, ensuring timely and effective execution
  • Data & Insights: Analyze program metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Audit & Reporting: Manage annual pension audits, filings, and regulatory submissions with precision and accountability
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct benchmarking and participate in industry surveys to ensure our programs remain competitive and relevant
  • Team & Vendor Leadership: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, driving performance and service excellence

What you'll have:

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in pension and savings program management, ideally within a complex, multi-plan environment
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline; CEBS/RPA designation preferred
  • Deep expertise in pension legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices across Canada
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with pension administration systems is an asset
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset
