DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
The Sr. Manager of Investment Oversight is responsible for overseeing Schwab Charitable’s investment portfolio and providing subject matter expertise to team members and partner groups to resolve data discrepancies and oversight issues. This role includes leading quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors, data collection and analysis for programs, investment compliance and performance reporting, and reviewing illiquid investments. The individual will collaborate with partners to implement system migrations, support third-party vendor workstreams, and improve oversight processes. Additionally, they will oversee securities trading, communicating with Investment Advisors and internal partners to manage risk and optimize trading outcomes.
