Strategize it Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Delivery Lead to drive predictable delivery across multiple workstreams in a hybrid Toronto-based role.

You will plan, forecast, and govern delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress to enterprise stakeholders. This is a 7-month contract with on-site work three days per week. You will partner with Risk, InfoSec, Compliance, and Privacy to ensure readiness for launches and transitions, while supporting budgeting, vendor coordination,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree is an asset.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in technology delivery/program execution.
• Delivery planning and forecasting (milestones, sequencing, delivery health).
• Cross-team dependency, risk, and issue management using influence and structure.
• Stakeholder communication and transparency (status, risks, decisions, and trade-offs).

• Own end-to-end delivery execution across assigned scope, ensuring predictable, safe delivery.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans, sequencing, and forecasts; surface constraints early.
• Establish and maintain delivery cadence and lightweight governance.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across pods, platforms, and partners.
• Provide consistent delivery visibility to stakeholders and enterprise partners.
• Partner with Risk, InfoSec, Compliance, Privacy to ensure readiness and launch planning.
• Support delivery resource stewardship through estimation, capacity planning, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented delivery culture aligned with values.
• Share standards and lessons learned to support consistent delivery practices.

One of our large clients is looking for Sr. Manager-Delivery Lead, details are as below:

Contract: 7 Months to start with

Billable working Hours: 7.5 Hrs/day

Hybrid with 3 days onsite

Location: Toronto

The Sr Mgr, Delivery Lead is accountable for predictable,secure, high-quality deliveryexecution across one or more pods, complex initiatives, ormultiple workstreams. This roledrives delivery discipline, planning, and transparency at abroader scope—translatingpriorities into achievable delivery forecasts, managingcross-team dependencies, andensuring delivery outcomes align to agreed scope, timing,and quality expectations. This isan influence-based, delivery-accountable role.

Key Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end delivery execution across assigned scope, ensuring committed work isdelivered predictably, safely, and in line with agreedobjectives and qualityexpectations.
• Translate priorities into delivery plans, sequencing, andforecasts; surface constraintsearly and drive timely decisions and trade-offs.
• Establish and maintain delivery cadence and lightweightgovernance (planning, checkpoints, metrics review), improving predictability andflow over time.
• Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, andimpediments across pods,platforms, and partners; drive resolution and structuredescalation where required.
• Provide consistent delivery visibility (status,milestones, risks, forecast, dependencyhealth) to stakeholders and enterprise partners.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders (Risk, InfoSec,Compliance, Privacy) to ensure delivery includes operational readiness, control alignment,and launch/transitionplanning.
• Support delivery resource stewardship by contributing toestimation, capacity planning,vendor coordination, and delivery cost awareness withinestablished guardrails.
• Contribute to a collaborative, learning-oriented deliveryculture aligned with ways ofworking and IGM values.
• Participate in relevant chapter activities by sharingstandards, tools, templates, andlessons learned to support consistent delivery practices.
