Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The T&O Supplier Management Office is on a journey to evolve its practices and data strategy related to third party risk. The Senior Manager will be responsible to help build the strategy and drive execution. The Senior manager will be responsible for managing the database, automation and refresh, driving automation using Gen AI and web based tools and maintaining data on professional services vendors. This is a key role to help T&O SMO achieve its 2026 goals.
What will you do?
Support the Director, Transformation, Data Analytics and Reporting in Data analysis, Automation, and the creation of new data assets looking at new tools to support the next horizon of T&O’s third party data strategy.
Establish, build, and sustain close working relationship with stakeholders, including Enterprise Third Party Risk, Contractor Workforce Management team, Procurement, Finance, Supplier Delivery Leads, T&O Risk Leads.
Manage a team that uses innovative business intelligence capabilities to optimize business results, define, measure, and deliver insights to senior management and mitigate risk.
Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines to automate data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
Accountable for efficient, production-quality SQL and Python scripts for ETL/ELT processes.
Lead the development of advanced AI analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning) in third party risk management.
Become the data subject matter expert for third party risk in T&O in support of meeting policy and compliance requirements.
Mentor and train next generation of data reporting and analytics talent.
Develop methodologies and reporting to identify, measure, and monitor the impact and success of new and existing data initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance, recommendations and reporting to senior leadership on business intelligence and data analytics matters.
Prepare actionable, Executive-level Reports and presentations.
Accountable for the data and reporting to support T&O Supplier Management data initiatives, including, but not limited to Contractor Workforce Optimization and Third-Party Supplier Risk Monitoring.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data sources and systems (i.e., Archer, IIPM, Service Now, iValua, Beeline, AP)
Own the inventory of accurate documentation related to reporting solutions, including specifications, data lineage, ownership, frequency, and technical and business definitions for metrics, and contribution to broader TPSS data team initiatives.
Monitor and validate data quality, completeness, and lineage to ensure trustworthy insights.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Experience leading technical teams (Business Intelligence, Data Engineers, Data Scientists).
5+ years of experience - Demonstrated data manipulation and analytical skills (ex. automation, extract, transform, load)
5+ years of experience - Analytical software tools and applications (ex. Tableau, Python, SQL
Power BI, Power Query, VBA, MS Excel, MS Access)
Experience maintaining and administering relational databases, with working experience using RDBM tools (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server).
5+ years of experience - Proven ability to extract trends, insights and recommendations for management action
Excellent data visualization, communication, and storytelling skills through data
A Risk- and strategic- mindset focused on third parties and familiarity with related risk disciplines (IT Risk, Privacy Risk, Data and cyber risk, etc.)
Proven ability to partner with key internal stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
Comfortable working in an environment with constant change and ambiguity
Excellent analytical mindset and keen ability to execute quality documentation requirements
Ability to think beyond how we do things today and recommend improvements for tomorrow.
Product Owner or lead a team responsible for web-based applications (UI and UX, CSS, html).
Experience leading AI deliverables (Ex. Product Owner/Development).
Experience with Jira and Confluence
