What Youll Be Doing

You will be joining Enterprise Technology team in CIBC youll manage a team at the heart of CIBCs financial data successfully delivering complex enterprisescale projects involving multiple backend systems. As a Senior Manager youll oversee the ideation and implementation of easy flexible solutions that enhance Finance data and Reporting. Youll work closely with your team to ensure appropriate delivery of support services and ensure adherence to standards and operating procedures.

How Youll Succeed

Understanding Requirements Track and analyze operating environment for specified services and implement corrective actions as needed. Work with clients and internal partners to determine negotiate and manage services to the agreed standards. Monitor service levels to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions.

People Leadership Lead and coach a high performing group team of individuals. Direct motivate and develop your team maximizing their contributions and professional growth. Share knowledge and collaborate to come up with effective solutions to problems.

Relationship Management Work closely with clients and business partners to develop test and implement application program. Impact and improve the business by advising application owners on the technology possibilities and requirements.

Who You Are

You can demonstrate experience with : 58 years leading a team of developers and are a seasoned professional with the ability to coach and help develop other team members. You are a code quality champion with previous handson experience in SW Design using SOLID Design principles. Were looking for someone with a pulse on futuristic innovative technology; Deep understanding of CIBCs processes and various teams in the ecosystem; Hands on experience designing and developing ETL Data warehousing solutions with Technical experience with : Azure Data Bricks Azure Data Factory Oracle RDBMS Informatica Oracle Analytical and Reporting services such as EPM Hyperion Essbase OBIEE / OAS. Its an Asset if : You have good understanding of Finance data General Ledger and Financial reporting. Knowledge of SAP Financial ecosystem is a big asset. Ideally you understand patterns of designing applications for cloud and have knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum team.

You have a degree / diploma in Computer Science Business and / or a related field.
