The role focuses on supply chain analytics across Retail/CPG, guiding offshore teams, working with Director/VP-level stakeholders, and delivering data-driven insights. Strong Python/SQL and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of professional analytics experience with at least 5+ years in business/data analytics.
• Mandatory experience in Retail or CPG domain.
• Strong Ecommerce Merchandising Strategy andSupply Chain background with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Shipping, and Inventory Management.
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong project and team leadership across global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong foundation in statistical methods and machine learning.
• Hands-on Python and SQL with data visualization using Power BI.
