In this role, you'll combine your analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information, helping clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease. Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day :
  1. Be a True Partner: Build long-term trust with clients by understanding their business needs and analyzing their systems and processes.
  2. Collaborate and Connect: Stay informed about HCM capabilities, new features, and functionality challenges, collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
  3. Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner: Recommend and implement solutions tailored to client needs, adopting new tools and approaches as needed.
  4. Create and Innovate: Engage in process improvement initiatives and drive innovation to enhance the client experience.
Requirements to succeed in this role :
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementation or business consulting.
  • At least 2 years of experience with ADP’s HCM Payroll or HR technologies.
  • Strong client relationship skills and the ability to influence and guide clients to optimal solutions.
  • Proactive in identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Demonstrates learning agility, critical thinking, and applies best practices in new situations.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Industry expertise in Payroll or HR best practices and client consultation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple demands.
  • Comfortable in structured, performance-based environments with high ethical standards.
  • Proficient in web technologies, operating systems, Microsoft Office, and FinancialForce / Certinia.
  • Recognized professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP, HCS.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French & English is required.
