Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and/or project management
  • Experience with various project types, especially Commercial projects

  • Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare bids and quotes for projects
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Execute and oversee project contracts
  • Define complete scope of work
  • Monitor project budgets and labor costs
  • Develop and track project schedules with milestones
  • Review and analyze change orders, and estimate/price them as needed
  • Analyze plans and construction documents for project requirements and value engineering opportunities
  • Prepare billing documents and coordinate with accounting
  • Regularly review projects with leadership
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with team members and clients
  • Spend time on job sites as required
  • Communicate with contractors, owners, and project managers
  • Suggest improvements based on project needs
  • Address employee concerns and ensure safety at job sites
  • Participate in meetings and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
