Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in HVAC estimating and/or project management
• Experience with various project types, especially commercial projects
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• HVAC industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Team player attitude

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare bids and project quotes
2. Manage construction projects
3. Execute and oversee project contracts
4. Define complete scope of work
5. Monitor project budgets and labor costs
6. Develop and track project schedules with milestones
7. Review and analyze change orders, make recommendations
8. Estimate and price change orders as needed
9. Analyze plans and construction documents for project requirements and value engineering opportunities
10. Prepare billing documents and coordinate with accounting
11. Review projects periodically with senior management
12. Maintain regular communication and collaboration
13. Visit job sites as required
14. Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and construction managers
15. Recommend methods and improvements based on project needs
16. Address employee concerns and grievances
17. Ensure a safe work environment on job sites
18. Attend and lead meetings as needed
19. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
