They are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager to take ownership of commercial roofing estimates while supporting projects through pre-construction and into execution. What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience estimating commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
• Strong knowledge of SBS, modified bitumen, single-ply roofing systems, metal roofing, and/or architectural sheet metal.
• Experience working with commercial general contractors and large construction projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Project management experience is considered a significant asset.
