REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. ERM Risk Analyst to join a large HCM client on a 6 month contract working remotely in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the maturity of the Enterprise Risk Management program. This role will focus on operational risk reporting, key risk indicators (KRIs), and the development of scalable, forward-looking risk practices. The analyst will work cross-functionally to embed risk intelligence into business decision-making and support the transformation of ERM into a proactive, insight-driven function.
