We are seeking a Senior S&MA Engineer – Security in our Robotics and Space Operations Team at our Brampton Office. You will work on programs such as Canada Arm 3 and MDA Skymaker products, developing new capabilities, enhancing existing ones, and delivering solutions to our customers.
As a Senior S&MA Engineer - Security, you will develop divisional policies, procedures, and verification plans for the cybersecurity aspects of MDA’s Robotics and Space Operations products. You will lead your team, collaborate with customers and technical teams, and support the development of secure, reliable, and cost-effective systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of security expertise, product assurance engineering experience, and familiarity with government and defense contracts.
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution is preferred. Equivalent work experience with certifications will also be considered.
Successful candidates must obtain and maintain security clearance at the reliability status level and pass security assessments for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).

The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $150,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
