We are looking for a Sr. Endpoint Management Analyst to join BrokerLink, working remotely from Alberta, Ontario, or the Atlantic region. This is a permanent full-time position.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure, efficient, and compliant operation of all endpoint devices within the organization, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.

What the Role Entails:
- Setting up and configuring new endpoint devices (Windows, iOS, etc.) using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Managing iOS mobile devices using Apple Business Manager.
- Configuring and maintaining Cisco collaboration devices using Webex Control Hub.
- Deploying and monitoring operating system and application updates.
- Packaging, deploying, and managing software applications across all managed endpoints.
- Providing Tier 3 support for endpoint-related issues.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of configurations and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of endpoint management processes.
- Assisting with hardware and software product research, evaluation, and procurement.
- Coordinating activities with employees, partners, vendors, and other support staff.
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

- University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline or applicable professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience managing iOS devices.
- Familiarity with Cisco collaboration tools and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft operating systems (workstation and server).
- Solid understanding of operating system provisioning and management.
- Certifications in applicable Microsoft technologies are a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A team player, self-starter, with the ability to think independently and resolve issues.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
