  • Coordinate with FPGA, software, and test teams to finalize functional concepts and integration.
  • Complete schematic entries and review designs.
  • Identify new technologies and assess associated risks.
  • Ensure designs comply with manufacturing and assembly rules for aerospace applications.
  • Manage PCB routing and placement constraints.
  • Oversee procurement and qualification of components, including long lead-time parts.
  • Perform circuit simulations and analyses such as SPICE, Hyperlynx, ADS, and worst-case analysis.
  • Coordinate technical reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor production, assembly, and testing processes.
  • Prepare and review documentation like client presentations, test plans, and specifications.
  • Lead testing and debugging of complex PCB boards and mentor team members.
  • Support environmental testing for space missions.
Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of hands-on experience designing high-speed electronics.
  • Experience with high-speed circuits (>10G), mixed signals, Ethernet, signals, 5G, optical links, DDR4 or DDR5 is preferred.
