Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to lead complex electrical design projects and provide technical expertise to our client's team. Responsibilities include reviewing and stamping electrical projects, directing design strategies for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems, and offering technical leadership. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, troubleshooting construction issues, and communicating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical design experience in the building construction industry, with at least 5 years in Canada
• Engineering license in Ontario (P.Eng.)
• Proven experience with complex fire alarm and electrical systems in multi-unit residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
• Strong knowledge of codes including OBC, OESC, CSA
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
