Job Summary

Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00PM - 7:30AM

As an Operations Supervisor for McKesson Distribution, you will use your leadership skills to drive a culture of excellence through execution of daily operational plans and strategies. You will lead by allocating resources, disseminating information to teammates, and ensuring compliance with key processes, all while achieving safety, quality, efficiency and financial KPI’s.

In this dynamic, fast-paced role you will exercise strategic thinking, effective planning, and utilize your communication skills to motivate and inspire your team, driving a culture of excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field (asset)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Capitalize on people’s abilities – right people in right roles with the right responsibility
• Take the time to mentor and develop staff, demonstrating the commitment to helping people succeed

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position: $70,600 - $117,600
