What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and drive the go-to-market and sales strategy for enterprise growth in the integrative clinic space, owning the P&L for the segment
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team and customer success representatives to drive enterprise customer acquisition and expansion
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of large integrative care organizations, leveraging data and market insights
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, negotiating and executing high-value contracts
- Ensure seamless handoffs to enterprise success team members for onboarding and growth support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in healthtech, digital health, or technology-enabled care delivery
- Proven success owning and growing a multi-million-dollar book of business
- Track record of building and inspiring high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of integrative or functional medicine networks is preferred
- Strategic thinker with business acumen and outstanding communication skills

- Experience in managing and expanding partnerships within the healthtech industry
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiation in a healthcare context
