Senior Director, Avanade Client Account Lead- Capital Markets

As an Avanade Client Account Lead- Capital Markets, you will manage a specific industry portfolio of accounts (Capital Markets) with accountability for sales through delivery and business success as measured by sales, revenue, and profitability.

What you will do:

  • Drive sales excellence and productivity, increasing pipeline quality and win rates.

  • Plays a pivotal role in the successful delivery and execution of projects

  • Engage with Accenture and Microsoft counterparts to define strategy and resource allocation.

  • Build strong customer relationships and grow accounts through qualification and segmentation.

  • Act on Voice of Client feedback and foster an exceptional client experience

  • Deliver revenue growth and market penetration focused on direct channels.

  • Assess and manage the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.

Skills and experiences

  • Demonstrated track record of sales success within the Microsoft ecosystem preferred

  • Proficient in understanding client business needs and how to recommend the best fit technology solutions.

  • Experience managing accounts in the Capital Markets industry

  • Experience in building a Capital Markets strategy

  • Proven record of building, positioning, selling, and delivering industry-centric use-cases, value propositions, and solutions.

  • Ability to effectively lead, team with, and influence peers in a large, matrixed organization.

  • Envision future possibilities and can translate them into breakthrough strategies.
