Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Senior DevOps Developer to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge provisioning and orchestration initiatives that bridge development and operations teams in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What you will do:

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of provisioning orchestration across RPD and R-OLT environments, supporting architecture and integration efforts led by solution owners
• Support the design and automation of east-west IT provisioning flows, contributing to streamlined operations and cross-team orchestration initiatives
• Support and enhance continuous delivery pipelines; champion test-driven development
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable development stories
• Troubleshoot complex system issues with agility and depth
• Maintain thorough documentation for process flows, system components, and DevOps best practices

What you bring?:

• Deep understanding of DAA architecture, CIN network design, and converged network solutions
• Strong knowledge of provisioning systems and orchestration methodologies
• Proficiency in automation and integration across platforms and tools
• Intermediate networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, access control, security policies
• Familiarity with Cisco networking, F5 load balancers, and DOCSIS & XGSPON technologies
• Strong scripting and development ability using Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI/CD best practices
• Skilled in containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Cloud exposure, ideally Microsoft Azure, plus experience with Snowflake data warehousing solutions
• 5+ years in DevOps, network automation or related infrastructure roles
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Self-starter with a team-focused mindset and a drive to innovate
