About the Company

Our client, a successful growing North American brand, is seeking to hire a Lead CRM Developer for a hybrid (4 days / week in office), full-time position in GTA West.

About the Opportunity

This role will be the Technical Lead / Sr. Developer for the Microsoft D365 CRM within the company.

This is a large custom system which holds data on all the company’s customers, projects, vendors, etc.

This position will be participating in CRM design / architecture, development, and Level 3 support.

Experience with Power Platform and the overall Microsoft stack is important.

About You

7+ years of hands-on development and design / architecture positions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Hands-on development and design positions with Power Platform, Dataverse, MSSQL

Experience with mentoring junior team members, communicating and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to commute to Mississauga / Brampton offices 4 days per week

Great communication and presentation skills

Base salary $135,000 / year plus 10-20% bonus (up to $160,000+ total comp)
