In the role of Sr Demand Planner working in Toronto, Canada. You will be responsible for understanding, validating and analyzing data relating to sales planning and forecasting to ensure production planning that is precise and in line with business strategies.
In addition, you will also partner with KAMs and regional sales directors to support them in successful commercial forecast execution while continuously meeting or exceeding accurate targets. Your ability to clearly articulate forecast performance and assumptions will be critical to drive and meet regional performance targets
This position reports to the Sr Mgr, Forecasting, and Deman Planning and works closely with the Integrate Business Planning organization. You will manage forecasts and demand analysis for a defined territory and brands.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $80,900.00 - $106,100.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
