Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Senior Data Entry Specialist will play a vital role in processing contracts enhancing operational workflows performing data-driven analyses and creating new efficient processes to support our teams success. This role is perfect for an out-of-the-box thinker who enjoys working collaboratively identifying patterns and finding creative workarounds to challenging problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Processing: Assist in the timely and accurate processing of contracts ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and industry standards.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency reduce errors and support overall operational goals.
  • Analytical Support: Conduct data analyses to identify trends measure performance and generate insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • New Process Creation: Collaborate with team members to design and implement new processes that address emerging needs or improve current operations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify patterns in workflows and proactively develop workarounds for any issues or inefficiencies while keeping stakeholders informed of changes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth transitions in processes acting as a bridge between teams.
  • Documentation and Training: Maintain thorough documentation of workflows processes and assist in training team members on new procedures as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Regularly assess and suggest improvements to the overall contract management and operational procedures to keep pace with changing business needs.

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations contract management or a related area.
