What You’ll Do

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ELT processes for our data lake/data warehouse.
  2. Implement data orchestration tools to automate and streamline workflows.
  3. Collaborate with our AI Solutions team to implement AI-enhanced processes.
  4. Build and integrate machine learning models and data pipelines into analytics solutions.
  5. Build and manage reverse ETL workflows to business systems like CRM.
  6. Support development of predictive models for strategic and operational initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems.
  8. Create production-ready data models and schemas using DBT for downstream analytics.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement data governance policies.
  10. Manage our analytics tech stack to support data democratization via dashboards, reports, and models.
  11. Assist analysts in developing dashboards, data products, and ad hoc reports for various analytics needs.

Must Haves

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with a statistical programming language (Python or R)
  • Hands-on experience building and managing ETL/rETL workflows
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Fivetran
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses and transformation tools (e.g., Snowflake, DBT)

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with AI workflow orchestration tools like AirOps or Vectorshift
  • Experience with entitlements and CRM integration for feature gating
  • Experience with large-scale data integrations from Google products
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, SiSense, Sigma, Looker)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership to align analytics with business needs
  • Experience supporting functions like sales, marketing, product development, or customer success in a SaaS environment.
