Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives for KYC/AML compliance and client onboarding systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and transform them into functional specifications.
  • Drive data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, harmonization, and adherence to data survivor rules.
  • Support Fenergo platform implementation and enhancements by mapping and transforming legacy data sources.
  • Create clear and concise documentation including user stories, EPICs, process flows, and use cases.
  • Contribute to agile scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project alignment and velocity.

Required Skills:

  1. Domain Expertise
  • Strong working knowledge of KYC/AML policies and client lifecycle management frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Fenergo platform and onboarding solutions.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and analyzing complex relational data schemas.
  • Capable of data mapping, transformation, and migration between legacy and target systems.
  • Skilled in process documentation, gap analysis, and converting business requirements into technical specs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a banking or fintech environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
