A leading logistics company in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a courier to operate vehicles for flexible delivery and pickups. The role includes mentoring hourly employees and promoting sales opportunities. Applicants should have a high school diploma and one year of courier experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to meet physical demands are required. French-English bilingualism is necessary in Quebec.
This is an interview position. The courier operates company vehicles to provide efficient delivery and pickup of packages in a floating capacity for a minimum of 15 routes. The role involves working as a courier without an assigned regular route and serving as a mentor by modeling professional behavior, including strong communication, conflict resolution and leadership through Best Practices methods. The position also promotes continued sales and generates potential incremental revenue where possible.

If residing in Quebec, bilingual (French and English) ability is required.
