What you'll be doing

As the Senior Coordinator, Compensation Admin, you will actively assist the department's management team by assuming responsibility for the administrative support of commission related payments in an efficient and timely manner. You are accountable for providing professional, accurate and prompt support to mortgage specialists, business partners and external lenders. Performing a range of specialized functions using independent judgment, analytical thinking, in depth knowledge, and investigative skills to ensure that all parties are compensated correctly. Ensuring productivity standards are achieved or exceeded and Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.

How you'll succeed

  • Administration & Processing- Receive, process and fulfill all applicable compensation related payments accurately and efficiently, while ensuring adherence to practices, procedures and policies to meet Service Level Agreements. Review, identify and resolve or provide recommended solutions for approval to address all incorrect, invalid or incomplete payroll matters. Contact internal/external customers to discuss/clarify problems and obtain additional information and/or confirm resolution of the problem

  • Cross Functional Collaboration- Liaise with business partners to elicit cooperation in attaining necessary details pertinent to the investigation within tight time frames and provide support as required to educate about correct procedures. Provide complete and accurate commission payment details and work with line supervisors/managers to ensure that all applicable disbursements are made on time and in accordance with the payroll cycle (e.g. Commission adjustments, investigative reports, and payroll entries). Represent department or specialized area in meetings with internal and external business units and present efficiency improvements, changes in procedure, planning issues.

  • Organization – Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks, calendar, emails and phone calls in an efficient and effective manner. Time management is critical to role. You can prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Confidentiality – Demonstrate professionalism, discretion and sound judgment in sensitive situations involving confidential information.
