Qualifications

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Sr. Consultant, Privileged Access Management on the Privileged Identity and Access Security team, you’ll help mature CIBC’s Human PIV Access service. You will leverage the CyberArk product to enhance PAM capabilities and LOB IAM integrations, focusing on security risk assessments, requirement documentation, and architecture diagrams. You will drive the design, build, and deployment of critical information security solutions, manage proof-of-concept exercises, and contribute to successful implementations.

Work Environment

We support a hybrid work arrangement, allowing 1-3 days per week on-site and the rest remote.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Execute and deliver on roadmap initiatives, review and update Identity and Access Services documentation, and drive awareness and remediation efforts.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, identify enhancement opportunities, and lead change initiatives.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation, facilitate workshops, and support business validation activities.
Who You Are
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or security, preferably in a financial institution. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP are assets.
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of processes, leadership skills, and experience working with senior management.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, EPC, BPEL, CyberArk WPM, HashiCorp, SailPoint, and Workday is advantageous.
