Job description

Corpay is seeking a strategic Sr. Compensation Analyst within our Business Intelligence division. The Sr. Compensation Analyst works closely with business leaders, the Manager of Variable Sales Compensation, and other compensation analysts to administer sales variable compensation calculations, model ROI analysis, and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of business processes.

This is a critical role in the organization, managing variable compensation for over 400 employees, involving various levels of corporate strategies with real-time analytics, business intelligence tools, and in-house platforms.

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will work in an office environment. Corpay provides :

Role Responsibilities

The primary focus is supporting regional sales leaders, the Chief Data and Analytics Officer, and the Manager and Director of Sales Compensation in administering global sales variable compensation, including commissions, bonuses, and incentives.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Supervising a team of analysts
  • Developing schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of work
  • Maintaining standards and processes for commission configurations and calculations
  • Reviewing analysts' work quality and payroll submissions for approval
  • Developing reports and tools for proper commission configuration
  • Monitoring team performance and service levels
  • Identifying training and development opportunities
  • Maintaining documentation and training materials
  • Supporting documentation standards for compensation processes
  • Ensuring all variable compensation payments are supported by signed agreements
  • Supporting the team through organizational changes
  • Maintaining data output formats for upstream use
  • Recommending process improvements for efficiency and analytics
  • Building models to evaluate new incentive structures and existing plans
  • Creating summary reports on outcomes and trends periodically

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5-6 years of experience in Compensation Analytics and Financial Planning
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI)
  • Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce)
