Corpay is seeking a strategic Sr. Compensation Analyst within our Business Intelligence division. The Sr. Compensation Analyst works closely with business leaders, the Manager of Variable Sales Compensation, and other compensation analysts to administer sales variable compensation calculations, model ROI analysis, and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of business processes.
This is a critical role in the organization, managing variable compensation for over 400 employees, involving various levels of corporate strategies with real-time analytics, business intelligence tools, and in-house platforms.
