Job Description :

The Cloud Portfolio & Delivery Consultant will be responsible for establishing a consumer-driven cadence to provide insights on platform usage, design enhancements, and service maturity. The role involves upskilling to enable a consulting practice—sharing the value-added of Cloud industry developments and technology releases with consumers.

Expect to have deep knowledge of Cloud, including the new services lifecycle and Cloud delivery. This role guides consumers along their journey to enable cloud solutions from experimentation to production and supports all aspects of delivery for the portfolio.

What Will You Do
  1. Manage and consolidate demand collection for the assigned portfolio, collaborating with scrum masters, product owners, and technology partners to ensure decisions are actioned.
  2. Engage with business leaders and partner on developing new cloud-based and AI-driven business products.
  3. Strategize cloud journey and roadmap with consumers.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and developments through training, cloud partner engagement, and industry conferences.
  5. Participate in triage meetings to develop a forward view of requirements and analyze requests requiring support, through communication, collaboration, and portfolio management.
  6. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure alignment of priorities, approaches, and activities to effectively deliver team objectives.
  7. Contribute to process improvements and ensure quality assurance of process inputs and outputs.
  8. Enable consumers to achieve their cloud adoption metrics with the help of CCoE teams, establishing consumer-driven cadence for insights into cloud enhancements and migration progress.
  9. Collect consumer feedback via end-of-implementation surveys, analyze results, and prioritize improvements.
  10. Work with roadmaps, building cloud service roadmaps, and becoming a trusted advisor.
  11. Collaborate with Digital Business, Technology Solutions, Core IT, and Business teams to develop cloud service requirements.
  12. Define cloud-centric measures and performance metrics to track service effectiveness.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation for each portfolio, including meeting minutes and other required documentation, stored appropriately.
What Do You Need To Succeed
  • University or college degree, or sufficient work experience in lieu of.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cloud services and offerings.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to establish and manage relationships.
  • Creative thinking and value proposition enhancement skills.
  • Financial acumen to understand and present estimates or CBA results, assessing decisions with financial impact.

The salary range is from $84,000 to $138,000, depending on location and experience. Eligible employees participate in various incentive plans, which are discretionary and based on performance. Certain roles may have sales incentives.
