Role Overview

You will report to the Head of Property & Motor Claims and be responsible for managing a team of Claims Professionals across multiple locations. Your role is crucial in ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency through performance management, development, and coaching.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and develop administrative activities for Customer Services
  • Assess and improve workflows, processes, and data quality
  • Coordinate changes in requirements, strategy, and culture
  • Build relationships with business partners to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with controls and audit requirements
  • Manage resources effectively
  • Support talent management practices
  • Monitor expenditures for cost efficiency
  • Support business planning
  • Identify external risks and opportunities
  • Act as a technical resource for the team
Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Claims experience OR
  • High School Diploma with 7+ years of Claims experience
  • 2+ years of management experience, with strong data research and analysis skills
  • Willingness to travel 25%
Preferred:
  • 5+ years of commercial lines Claims experience in Property & Motor
  • Strong data research and analysis skills
  • Training and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite and database skills
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills
Compensation

Salary range: $104,000 to $155,000, depending on factors.
