Job description

Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. Our processes are still maturing, so this is a build-and-own opportunity — you'll be setting the standards this function runs on, not just enforcing someone else's.

  • Build, document, and continuously improve change management processes and standard work within the PLM system.
What You Will Learn
  • How to build and scale product change management practices within a fast-growing AI hardware company.
  • How engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, PLM, and ERP processes connect from change review through implementation.

  • How to establish clear operating standards, documentation, and accountability across a maturing cross-functional function.
