Sr. Business Analyst with Commercial Lending exp - 74109

Duration: 12 months to start

Location: Hybrid (Downtown Toronto - 1 day a week)

Investigates and identifies strategies to optimize business operations and services, and inform business decisions. Defines business requirements to inform technology build and operations by sourcing and analyzing relevant data, reviewing and documenting business processes and collaborating with business stakeholders. Sources business and market data to evaluate the effect of projects on business results. Also assesses the efficiency and the performance of processes and technology to deliver expected business results. Identifies and analyzes malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoots issues raised by business.

Focus will be on supporting the development and execution of Lending Operations' Multi-Year Automation and Digitalization Strategy. This will include supporting or directly leading Process Analysis (Base Data Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Gap Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis, Management Infrastructure and Reporting), Project Execution and Delivery, and Change Management (Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategy, Training Plan). Resource ideally has experience working in Financial Institutions and especially in Commercial Lending Operations

Must Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience as a BA
  • Commercial Lending exp
  • Process Analysis exp
  • Data Analysis, Product Analysis, Process Gap Analysis, Cost/Benefit Analysis, Management Infrastructure and Reporting exp
