About The Role

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-driven Business Planning Analyst to support our growing partnership with SAP. In this role, you will focus on delivering actionable insights through data analysis and reporting, while also supporting the planning and execution of key partner-related business activities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure data-informed decision-making and streamlined partner operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret partner-related data to support the business.
• Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics related to partner activities and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with partner and strategy teams to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and optimize partner engagement.
• Support partner business reviews by preparing data summaries, insights, and presentation materials.
• Work closely with business systems, data teams, and BI tools to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving partner reporting processes and performance tracking.
• Participate in ad hoc analysis requests and special projects related to partner performance and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business planning, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Sheets, and experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of data structures, KPIs, and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets and turning complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience supporting partner teams or external-facing business units is a strong asset.
