Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Budgeting & Forecasting Analyst to join our growing FP&A team. This role is critical in driving strategic decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses. You’ll work cross-functionally with departments across the business to develop robust financial models, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and support company-wide planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and business planning
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and understand financial impacts of operational plans
• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare internal reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance and forecast updates to senior leadership
• Partner with Accounting and other Finance functions to ensure accurate financial data and alignment between actuals and forecasts
• Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Successful completion of a CPA (or working towards it)
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate budgeting/forecasting processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
