Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Strategy, Easy Meals Made Better, the Sr. Brand Manager, Frozen, Hydration & Snacking will own and build the long-term strategy for Kraft Heinz’s portfolio of brands and deliver the operating plan.

This role defines the product mix, pricing, packaging, and advertising and promotion strategies for your brands, informed by a deep understanding of the consumer, customer, and category dynamics. With oversight of the P&L, you’re accountable for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives. You will be responsible for building consumer and customer demand for your business and implementing your marketing initiatives through cross-functional team leadership. This role requires strong collaboration with the Insights, Communications, and Innovations teams to bring compelling campaigns and new products to market.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, creativity, strategic thinking, data-driven insight, and project management skills.
