Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Boomi Consultant with 5+ years in EDI consulting to design and implement Boomi-based EDI solutions. You will lead end-to-end EDI projects, integrate with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce, and ensure optimal performance and error resolution.

The role requires hands-on Boomi integration, RosettaNet/EDI 4010 experience, and Boomi certification. Strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EDI consulting with strong knowledge of EDI standards and protocols.
• Experience with RosettaNet, EDI 4010, SOTPI/SOPI, and SAP DESADV IDOC as source.
• ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP) and EDI experience with SAP skillsets.
• Hands-on Boomi integration experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle EBS.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and EDI standards.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying EDI solutions and mapping tools.
• Knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON; JavaScript / Groovy Script.
• Proficiency with enterprise integration tools and APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Boomi certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement EDI solutions using Boomi platform.
• Monitor and maintain EDI processes for performance and error resolution.
• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of EDI solutions utilizing industry standards.
• Hands-on end-to-end EDI process development and production deployment.
• Stay updated with EDI best practices and troubleshoot complex issues.

Job Description

• Strong experience in designing and implementing EDI solutions using Boomi platform
• Monitor and maintain EDI processes to ensure optimal performance and error resolution
• Strong experience leading the analysis, design, and implementation of EDI solutions utilizing industry standards
• Handson experience with end-to-end EDI process, including mapping, testing, and production deployment
• Stay updated with EDI best practices troubleshoot complex issues, and help optimize data flows
• Hands-on experience in design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes using – Boomi platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration APIs)
• Manage user expectations regarding appropriate milestones and deadlines

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in EDI consulting or related field with a strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols
• Strong experience in RosettaNet , EDI 4010, generating the SOTPI and SOPI, Hierarchical structures with the SAP DESADV idoc as a source
• Knowledge on ERP (Oracle,SAP), experience in EDI with SAP skillsets
• Hands-on Boomi integration experience integrating one or more of Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle EBS
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and EDI standards
• Proven experience in designing and deploying EDI solutions, EDI standards and protocols
• Proven experience in EDI mapping tools
• Hands on knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, JavaScript / Groovy Script
• Using generic APIs, have experience with enterprise integration tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and desire to work in a fast paced and continually evolving environment
• Boomi professional certification is a must
