Description

The Senior Associate, Middle Office Operations will be primarily responsible for providing end-to-end support to the private equity investment team, from ongoing daily operations of assets to periodic reporting to various stakeholders. The role will be dynamic where adaptability to new requests and requirements will be the key to success. Preparation and review of various internal and external reporting as well as various layers of analytics will also be a core function. The role reports to the Manager, Middle Office Operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reporting for internal and external stakeholders by leveraging/analyzing data gathered through various resources.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret multiple datapoints (AUM, Invested Capital, IRR, TWRR) for internal and external reporting.

• Provide analytical and organizational support to internal teams in the management of private equity portfolios, including responding to ad hoc requests, attribution analysis, monitoring of industry benchmarks, performance calculations, and participating in the preparation of client presentations.

• Assist in quarterly valuation reporting and process.

• Support system implementation as an active participant by gathering requirements and assisting with test cases.

• Support cash forecast for investment capital activities through the collection and updating of data from multiple sources to support liquidity management process.

• Regulate information flow from various parts of the organization to the investment team.

• Conduct analysis on fund fees and other investment expenditures, offering insights into trends and opportunities.

• Establish, enhance, and document work processes as necessary.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
