Senior Associate – Finance and Corporate Development – Full Time

This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on financial analysis, property acquisition and development opportunities, strategic planning, and high-impact special projects. You'll gain exposure to real estate, capital markets, and operational decision-making in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
  • Prepare acquisition and development evaluations and coordinate due diligence
  • Analyze business performance and support capital planning
  • Support the preparation of regular board and shareholder reporting
  • Conduct market and industry research (particularly in real estate and seniors housing)
  • Contribute to strategic projects across finance, operations, and growth planning
  • Help prepare presentations, memos, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
  • CFA designation or progress will be considered an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate finance, corporate development, investment banking, or a related field
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling
  • Familiarity with capital markets, investment principles, and/or real estate finance
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Curiosity and interest in emerging tools and technologies, including AI applications in financial analysis and reporting
