Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Archer Platform Technology team is looking for a Sr. Archer Developer who is passionate about leading the design, development, and enhancement of the Archer Platform to support our business stakeholders across the bank. This senior role involves analyzing, documenting, designing requirements, configuring, and supporting system and software deployments.

What will you do?

  • Develop, document, and execute unit tests, including system integration and acceptance testing within the Archer application.
  • Analyze organizational needs and goals for developing and implementing application systems.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance standards and procedures related to your initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project delivery team.
  • Prepare high-level and detailed technical specifications and user stories for medium to large projects in accordance with Agile frameworks, security, and architecture standards.
  • Implement complex workflows, integrations, business rules, and data structures within the application.
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimations for the completion of build, system testing, and implementation phases.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • At least 5 years of Archer development experience.
  • Project delivery experience on GRC projects, specifically in Regulatory Compliance, Operational Risk, IT Risk, Disaster Recovery, Supplier Risk, and Privacy Risk.
  • Experience with SDLC processes and Agile project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of IT standards, methodologies, and audit requirements.
  • Strong understanding of workflow design and application development techniques.

Nice to have:

  • Business analysis and project management skills.
  • Experience configuring GRC tools similar to Archer.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, C#, SQL, XML/XSLT, Tableau, Python.
  • Experience capturing and refining requirements directly from business stakeholders.
