  • Independently conduct and oversee primary and secondary research studies from end to end, from client scoping (budgeting, opportunity sizing), design, execution, analysis, reporting, to strategy implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with client account and service teams to understand client objectives, reporting requirements, and preferences to develop best-in-class measurement that gives clients insight into their social-first strategy.
  • Work alongside client service leaders to improve their data strategy and their clients’ ROI by operationalizing reporting and insights.
  • Grow client portfolios alongside a Client Leads and Strategy through the lens of best-in-class measurement and data-driven decision making that are designed to inform brand strategy.
  • Lead the development of a measurement product including requirements gathering, documentation, methodology, socialization, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow junior team members, providing support, knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives by crafting engaging and well-researched white papers, articles, case studies, and other thought leadership content that showcases our expertise, addresses industry challenges, and provides valuable insights.
  • Develop and democratize campaign and study insights by designing efficient data collection and reporting systems, structured databases, and custom designed dashboards and presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and research methodologies.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Marketing or agency experience is a preferred asset for this role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences or data-centric fields like Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics)
  • Experience leading and growing teams with multiple direct reports
  • 8+ years of experience in research and analytics
  • Expertise in primary and secondary research, including but not limited to: brand tracking, brand strategy, brand lift studies, regression modeling/Market Mix Modeling, social listening, and digital/site analytics
  • Experience with paid media/DSP analytics and optimization, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Sigma, BigQuery, and other relevant analytics tools
  • Ability to analyze datasets and distill them into insights that are presented in a logical and compelling story
  • Excellent client management, stakeholder communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
