We are seeking an experienced and client-facing Senior Analytics Analyst/ Manager to lead initiatives across measurement and data strategy, analytics implementation, compliance, and actionable insights.

We are seeking an experienced and client-facing Senior Analytics Analyst/ Manager to lead initiatives across measurement and data strategy, analytics implementation, compliance, and actionable insights. This role will be instrumental in helping clients unlock value from their data while navigating complex ecosystems such as healthcare, where legislation and data privacy are paramount.

Role responsibilities
  • Measurement & Data Strategy: Develop and deliver strategic measurement frameworks aligned to business goals. Translate client objectives into KPIs, measurement plans, and data architectures.
  • Analytics Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of digital analytics solutions using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4). Collaborate with developers and tag management teams to ensure robust and scalable data collection. Communicate effectively with developers to guide and oversee the implementation of data layers and tracking specifications to meet analytics requirements.
  • Reporting & Insights: Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. Create dashboards, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations that drive business impact.
  • Client Engagement & Workshops: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Lead discovery sessions, scoping workshops, and solution design engagements. Clearly communicate technical and strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Program & Project Management (Bonus): Coordinate cross-functional teams and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of analytics initiatives. Prioritize tasks based on impact and client needs.
  • Healthcare Experience (Bonus): Apply your understanding of healthcare data, HIPAA compliance, and industry-specific challenges to deliver tailored analytics solutions in this space.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or related roles.
  • Deep experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics (including GA4).
  • Proven experience developing measurement strategies and leading analytics implementations.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of successful client engagement.
  • Experience running discovery sessions, workshops, and scoping engagements.
  • Ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives and recommendations.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, or other healthcare-related data policies.
  • Experience in program or project management within consulting or agency environments.
