Overview

The Resale team, part of Rogers Business Product and Revenue group, is looking for a Sr Resale Analyst. The position will report to Sr Manager, Resale and will be part of a high performing and dynamic team responsible for a complex strategic relationship with our partner Tbaytel. Successful candidate will develop and manage portfolio-specific reporting and data governance, execute monthly billing process for our strategic partner, respond to customer escalations and provide project support for the portfolio.

What you\'ll be doing:

Manage the budgetary and reporting process, track leading and lagging KPIs and market conditions, and update forecast on a monthly basis to develop a full view of the portfolio.

  • Lead portfolio reporting and analysis, supporting operational, regulatory and leadership data needs.
  • Generate and issue invoices.
  • Review and action billing inquiries.
  • Follow up on issues and escalate with cross-functional billing partners including IT.
  • Provide support for ongoing capital projects which vary in size and complexity.
  • Coordinate with internal customers on reporting activities and any issues that might surface.
  • Validate invoice impacting changes following implementation of projects and releases.
  • Effectively perform multi-tasking with a high level of accuracy and prioritize work activities in order to meet team targets.
What you will bring:
  • Advanced knowledge of database query tools: SQL, PowerBI, Microsoft Access and Excel, including programming with VB Macros.
  • A dynamic and proactive individual with a sense of urgency for resolution and ability to execute.
  • Solid interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and negotiating skills including the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Strong multi-tasking and decision making skills are required.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Attention to details, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical problems is an asset.
  • Telecom experience preferred.
  • University education preferred.
Recruitment process and conditions
