A leading telecommunications company in Ontario seeks a Sr Resale Analyst to manage budgetary processes and portfolio reporting. The successful candidate will utilize SQL, PowerBI, and Excel for analysis and execute billing tasks. Excellent organizational and communication skills are critical in this full-time role based in Toronto, with some travel required.
The Resale team, part of Rogers Business Product and Revenue group, is looking for a Sr Resale Analyst. The position will report to Sr Manager, Resale and will be part of a high performing and dynamic team responsible for a complex strategic relationship with our partner Tbaytel. Successful candidate will develop and manage portfolio-specific reporting and data governance, execute monthly billing process for our strategic partner, respond to customer escalations and provide project support for the portfolio.
Manage the budgetary and reporting process, track leading and lagging KPIs and market conditions, and update forecast on a monthly basis to develop a full view of the portfolio.
