What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Simplii Process Engineering team, you will advocate for Simplii Financial clients and prospects, ensuring they have simple, clear, and valuable experiences through our remote business model. You will support end-to-end project implementation, working with both business and technology teams following the Software Development Lifecycle.

How You’ll Succeed
Business acumen and relationship building: Execute on Simplii’s business strategy by actively contributing to client experience and business process improvements. Define and implement processes, analyze challenges, and deliver future state process designs. Support business requirements and solution specifications, employing process improvement methods to enhance product and service delivery. Build relationships with internal partners to understand and support their strategies through process enhancements.
Understanding and documenting requirements: Analyze Simplii processes and reporting requirements. Contribute to Business Analysis artifacts, establish timelines, and partner with subject matter experts to develop functional and non-functional requirements documents. Own process-related issues from identification to resolution, ensuring proper documentation and sign-off.
Solution design: Collaborate with internal and external partners to formulate business processes and provide design specifications. Support the project lifecycle, including process documentation, technical build, testing, and implementation. Work closely with business partners to define complex requirements and facilitate discussions to meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, and ask insightful questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Problem solving: Develop innovative solutions, support process engineering initiatives, and conduct root cause analyses. Use models and scenarios to explore options and present optimal solutions to management.
Coordination & collaboration: Participate in cross-functional tasks, document requirements, workflows, and system specifications. Partner with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and management to ensure successful project execution.
Who You Are
Experience: Up to 2 years creating Business Requirements and Solution Requirements Documents, with at least 1 year in a Business Analyst role. Excellent communication skills, with a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, or related fields as an asset.
Data interpretation: Skilled in analyzing complex problems and making data-driven decisions. Capable of communicating detailed information effectively.
Client focus: Committed to putting clients first, engaging purposefully, and delivering the right solutions.
Relationship building: Passionate about people, building trust, and maintaining diverse networks of partners.
Attention to detail: Noticing nuances others might miss, with strong critical thinking skills to support decision-making.
