A leading company in insurance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide critical financial analysis and reporting insights to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, advanced Excel skills, and a collaborative spirit. This role is pivotal for guiding strategic financial planning and integration efforts within the organization.
Reporting to the Manager, Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), Finance is responsible for providing key internal and external stakeholders with business performance insights and financial analysis of the rapidly growing National Broker Platform.
The analytical and planning support provided by this role enables senior leaders to track financial and KPI performance against targets.Articulating and effectively communicating business performance insights and plans with senior leadership is a critical part of the role. Another key aspect of the role is coordinating across the organization to ensure performance reporting & planning are enabled for new acquisitions in the distribution channel.
As a secondary focus, the SFA will assist in the planning and execution of carrier M&A integration.
