This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the office at FCP First Canadian Place (100 King St W, Toronto, ON).

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Financial Governance & Controls team. This role is key to the Bank’s Internal Control over Financial Reporting, ensuring alignment with our risk framework and contributing to our control environment. You will engage with senior executives, analyze transactional activities, and provide insights into internal procedures supporting organizational objectives.

The responsibilities include developing and maintaining an effective financial governance framework, supporting SOX/FDICIA compliance, designing reports, facilitating governance meetings, and building stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of control frameworks like SOX 404, COBIT, COSO.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
