Job summary

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning professional to own forecasting and demand insights across our global supply chain.

You will drive forecast accuracy, collaborate with suppliers and marketing, and translate data into actionable plans that keep service levels high. The role requires experience in Demand Planning or related fields, familiarity with Kinaxis Maestro or similar systems, and a degree in Math, Business, or Engineering.

• Degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Drive Forecast Accuracy & Business Performance.

• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide forward-looking insights.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting demand.
• Lead High-Impact Promotional Forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to shape forecasts for national promotions and launches.
• Translate data into clear, actionable demand plans for cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance in real time and adjust forecasts to maintain service levels.
• Shape the Future of Demand Planning, including lifecycle forecasting and planning.
• Contribute to financial planning through volume forecasting and budgeting.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to shape forecasts for national promotions and new product launches
• Influence cross-functional alignment by translating data into clear, actionable demand plans
• Monitor performance in real time, adjusting forecasts and driving solutions to maintain strong service levels
• Shape the Future of Demand Planning
• Manage product lifecycle forecasting, including launches, transitions, and discontinuations
• Contribute to financial planning through volume forecasting and budgeting collaboration
• Improve processes and tools through analytics and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and elevate planning capabilities across systems

What You Bring

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, CPG or QSR
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro or similar planning systems
• A degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leaders
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to influence and drive alignment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data

Base salary range of $75,000 - $95,000. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
